Strategic guidance, development of policies, processes, tools and approaches to put human rights commitments into practice; training and capacity building. advised and worked on incorporation of UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) into policies, processes and guidance that support business activities, including conducting human rights due diligence through risk and impact management processes, training and grievance mechanism. Conducted +200 site audits focusing on human rights, labour standards and working conditions, health and safety, environment and business ethics across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, food / agriculture, pharmaceutical, transport and logistics, cleaning, security, temporary agency sector, retail, garment and footwear, electronics, paper, largely in Eastern / Western Europe and Asia.
